Shipping

 

SHIPPING INFORMATION

We currently only ship to the continental US and do not ship to APO or FPO boxes.

All orders will be shipped within two (2) business days of ordering, with the exception of weekends and holidays. Estimated delivery time can range between 1 to 7 business days, depending on shipping method and destination. 

Orders received after 12 noon PST will be processed the following business day.

If product is out of stock, or will require longer processing time due to availability reasons, you will receive an email explaining why and when you can expect product to ship.

All orders are shipped via FedEx or USPS. You will receive an email with your tracking number to the email address provided at time of order. 

Please verify that your shipping address is entered correctly as there is a $20 re-routing fee per package to correct shipping address after the order has been shipped.

5Starr Scooters is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged goods after they have left the 5Starr Scooter warehouse. You must file a claim with the shipping company, not with 5Starr. Be sure to keep all records, including purchase receipts, email confirmations, tracking information and any other pertinent information should may need.

Customers who provide an incomplete shipping address (e.g., missing an apartment number) or refuse a package are responsible for any additional shipping costs that may occur.

Shipping and delivery rates may be flat rate according to order total or are calculated based on total weight, zip code or delivery destination, and shipping method on all products ordered.

SALES TAX

5STARRSCOOTERS.COM LLC charges all applicable sales tax on orders purchased by customers who reside within the State of California.
